Some of the most beautiful and modern homes are located in Palm Meadows. Every home has a newer style with high ceilings, open concept layout, impact windows, and stainless steel appliances. Homes range from 3000 to about 5000 square feet in size with prices ranging from $1 million to $2 million. This gated community is located in West Boynton Beach in a very tranquil neighborhood. For dining and entertainment, the community is in close proximity to Delray Marketplace and there are new plazas being built all around.

The HOA fee is $512/mo as of this writing and covers common area maintenance, lawn care, management fees, and 24/7 security. It is also an investor-friendly community so you can lease the homes as well.

Palm Meadows is an ideal community for those who want new homes in an upscale community. Even though homes are priced higher than other gated communities in Boynton, Palm Meadows homes are a bargain compared to similar homes in Delray and Boca Raton.

Cypress Creek Country Club

A gated golf community that doesn’t require a membership, Cypress Creek CC has approximately 421 single-family homes with prices ranging from the $600s to about $1.4 million dollars. The homes are very upscale and can be as large as 4500 square feet. Most homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms plus additional rooms such as an office or den with 2 to 4 car garages. The interior of the homes have high ceilings, wood and marble floors, gourmet kitchens, large bedrooms, and walk-in closets. Some of the properties may have their own private pool and jacuzzis with an outdoor kitchen for entertaining your loved ones.

The monthly HOA fee covers 24-hour security, maintenance of common areas, basic cable, and management fees. Unlike other communities, it doesn’t have a long list of resort-style amenities but it does have a very low HOA of around $100/mo.

If you are looking for a community that has large luxurious homes on nice-sized lots with total privacy and security without having to break the bank on monthly management fees, then Cypress Creek is for you.


This GL Home community was built back in 2010 with 280 single-family homes that stand out with their sheer grandeur designs custom made for equestrian living. Homes are quite large with the smallest model starting at 2,000 square feet and going up to 7,000 square feet for the biggest model. Pricing for the homes in this unique community is between $1 million and $2 million. Each home is a perfect blend of modern design and countryside comfort, with the latest architectural interiors and expansive lots for larger backyards. The community has a strong focus on horse riding enthusiasts with riding trails, pastures, and day barns to keep horses.

The HOA fee is around $500/mo which covers a 24/7 manned gate, fitness center, pool, tennis courts, lounge, ballroom, and the Equestrian Center. This community is truly a gem and is one of a kind. The homes here don’t look like the same cookie-cutter style you see in nearby communities and there is an overall beautiful ambiance with lots of natural beauty. Equus is the perfect community for horse lovers who are seeking larger estate homes and upscale living. It is also very well-priced compared to similar communities in other cities.


A beautiful gated community with a small number of homes, only 72 to be exact. The homes are very gorgeous estate homes on nice-sized lots to offer plenty of backyard space. You have the option of picking between 1 to 2 story models with tropical trees and a large lake in the center of the community to provide breathtaking views. Homes are single-family between 2700 sq.ft to 4600 sq. ft. with paved driveways, 2-3 car garages, and tile roofs. Expect to pay from $1 to $2 million for these homes since they are luxurious, newer, and larger than properties in nearby communities. Inside the community, you’ll find plenty of beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping that is always well kept with long walk paths to enjoy your morning run. There is also a large swimming pool and community clubhouse where you can get a tan and cool off on a hot summer day. Although not rich in amenities, this community has some of the best-looking and high-quality homes in Boynton Beach. Also, because of its smaller size, there is definitely a tight-knit, friendly community atmosphere.

Canyon Isles

Another stunning residential community with 500 beautiful homes from 2200 to 5800 square feet of open concept space, blending modern design and Mediterranean style together. Homes are priced between $900k to $1.8 million. Homes are quite large with some getting as big as 6 bedrooms and 3 car garages.

This community does offer a quite large list of amenities designed for both relaxation and self-improvement. There is a large swimming pool as well as an outdoor spa, ideal for those leisure summer days. If you’re into fitness, there is a fully equipped fitness center with both strength and cardio equipment, plus an aerobics and Pilates studio. The community also encourages an active outdoor lifestyle with both basketball and tennis courts for its residents.

The $400 monthly HOA fee pays for all the amenities plus cable, common areas, and management fees. And most importantly, it also includes the 24/7 manned gate security for your peace of mind.

Although the homes are not as new compared to some other communities on the list, the community is very lively and offers many amenities.
