About Arborwood Homes
This community is a quiet, clean and full of beautiful tropical trees. It is comprised of 55 homes that were built out back in 1981 with traditional Florida home design with a range of 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 baths. You can expect the homes to be about 1500 to 2800 square feet in size depending on a particular home you find interesting. A huge plus of Arborwood homes is they are sitting on an acre plus lots so you have a ton of backyard space to create a breathtaking patio, large pool, and jacuzzi or simply a huge play area for your kids.
One of the downfalls of the community is that is not gated but this does work well for people who don’t like to pay a car payment for HOA Fees. The HOA Fees are very low in this community in comparison to other communities in the area. Being single-family homes each property will be different, so some will be newly renovated while others will need some updates. Obviously, the price of the home will usually reflect this so either way, you’ll get a fair deal. Speaking of pricing, the homes here go anywhere from $250k to $500k, which is very aggressive pricing for Boca properties. If you want to have a nice home with a safe and quiet neighborhood with close proximity to all the entertainment for a great price, then Arborwood is where you need to start.
Arborwood Area
Located at Palmetto Park Road and Lyons Road puts this community in the perfect place where all the best locations are minutes away. The first one being the lovely Boca Mall which is huge and luxurious with a ton of stores and entertainment. People all over South Florida drive to this mall to get their shopping done. A little bit more East you have the hot spot for fine dining, nightlife and boutique shopping known as Mizner Park. Which is also the home to the Boca Raton Art Museum and IPIC movie theatre. If you go west you’ll find out that we have the biggest county park in the country with tons of sports fields, water park and barbeque areas along with beautiful greenery. If you’re looking for more of a party scene 10 minutes north you’ll have the Delray Beach strip on
Atlantic Avenue.
